[Blue is seen hiding under the table]

Steve: (looks around, then turns to the viewers) Did you see Blue?

Kids: Right there! Under the table!

Steve: Oh. (gives the viewers the signal)

[Blue comes out from the under the table and sits in her seat]

Steve: (laughs) Blue! What are you up to? Come on! It's just about snack time and we're having graham crackers! I have everything ready for snack. (walks over to the table) We have graham crackers, we have plates, we have napkins, we have-

[Blue shakes her head no]

Steve: No? Well, we don't have everything ready for snack?

[Blue shakes her head no again]

Steve: Well, what else do you want for your snack, Blue?

[Blue leaves a pawprint on the left side of the screen]

Steve: Oh! (runs over to the pawprint) Okay! We'll play "Blue's Clues"! That's a great idea! I love "Blue's Clues"!

(singing)

We are gonna play Blue's Clues, 'cause that's a really great game! Yeah!

Steve: You ready? Let's go! (about to leave, but quickly stops) Whoops! (chuckles) I forgot we should probably clean this up first. (wipes the pawprint away with a napkin) Now, remember, Blue's pawprints will be on the clues. Blue's Clues. Hey, you know what we need for Blue's Clues? Our handy-dandy...

Kids: Notebook!

Steve: Notebook! Right! Come on!

[Steve runs over to Sidetable Drawer]

Sidetable Drawer: Blue's Clues, I'm so excited! (opens up her drawer)

Steve: Ooh! (takes out the notebook) Here it is! You know, I can tell I'm really gonna need your help today figuring out what Blue wants with her snack. Will you help me? You will? Great!

[Start of song]

Steve: (singing)

We got to find a paw print,

That's the first clue.

We put it in our notebook,

And now what do we do?

Blue's Clues,

Blue's Clues!

Kids: Blue's Clues!

Steve: (singing)

We got to find another paw print,

That's the second clue.

We put it in our notebook,

Now what do we do?

Blue's Clues,

Blue's Clues!

Kids: Blue's Clues!

Steve: (singing)

We got to find another paw print,

That's the third clue.

We put it in our notebook,

And well, you know what to do!

Blue's Clues,

Blue's Clues!

Kids: Blue's Clues!

Steve: (singing)

Well, we sit down in our Thinking Chair

And think, think, think!

'Cause when we use our minds,

And take a step at a time,

We can do anything...

Blue: Bow!

Steve: That we want to do! (does jazz hands)

[Song ends]

(he continues looking for the straw as he gently pushes the straws in the cup aside and sees it) Aha! (he lifts up the cup and laughs) Well, now, that's about the silliest straw I ever saw.
